Information We Collect
PaperFlyer does not collect any personal information. The app operates entirely offline and stores all data locally on your iPhone or iPad using iOS UserDefaults.
The data you enter — player names, game scores, round results, and scoring preferences — never leaves your device.
Data We Store On Your Device
- Player names and scores you enter in Family Game mode
- The results of up to 5 recently completed games
- App preferences such as preferred scoring method and unit selection
All of the above is stored locally using iOS UserDefaults, which is protected by iOS's sandboxing and device encryption.
Third-Party Services
PaperFlyer uses no third-party analytics, advertising networks, crash reporting services, or tracking frameworks of any kind. There are no SDKs from Facebook, Google, Firebase, or any other third party embedded in the app.
No Internet Connection
PaperFlyer does not connect to the internet at any point. There are no network requests, no remote servers, and no cloud sync. The app functions fully offline from the moment it is installed.
iCloud Backups
If you have iCloud backup enabled on your device, your app data may be included in those backups as part of standard iOS behaviour. This is controlled entirely by your iOS Settings and iCloud preferences, not by PaperFlyer.
Data Deletion
You can delete individual saved games from within the app at any time by swiping left on any game entry in the History list. Deleting the app from your device will permanently remove all stored data — player names, scores, and preferences.
Children's Privacy
PaperFlyer is rated 4+ and is designed to be enjoyed by all ages, including children. The app collects no personal data whatsoever, makes no external network connections, and contains no advertising or in-app purchases. It is safe for children to use without parental concern about data collection.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this privacy policy in a material way, we will update the "Last updated" date above and note the changes in the App Store release notes.
